Processing:

Most orders take 10-14 business days to be processed & customized. Watches currently take 2-3 weeks, unless otherwise noted. Pre-Orders will have there specific time frames in the product description. Shower Accessories, Car Mats, Blankets, Duvet & Bedding currently take 2-3 weeks. Always refer back to specific product purchased for a better estimated delivery. During any of our peak seasons, which include Valentine's Day, Graduation (May), Mother's Day, and starting after Labor Day through Christmas. Please expect and prepare for additional days added. 

Shipping:

All orders are sent out via USPS Priority (2-3 days). You will be emailed a shipping notification with your tracking number.

Returns:

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS for on any orders including: custom orders, clearance items, clothing, jewelry or personalized items. If in the event a refund is issued no shipping charge will be refunded.

Damaged/ Defective:

If you receive your item damaged, you have 48 hours to contact us for us to replace the item for free (proof of damage must be sent to customerservice@shopkks.com) after 48 hours we will not be held liable for any damage or defect. If in the event a refund is issued no shipping charge will be refunded.
